Ordinary Membership - This membership is open to all local based companies and/or commercial enterprises whose businesses are directly related to the coffee industry. Ordinary Members shall possess voting rights and will be entitled to nominate its representative to stand for office during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or Extraordinary General Meeting.

Associate Membership - This membership is open to all local or foreign based companies and/or commercial enterprises whose businesses are indirectly related to the coffee industry. Associate Member do not posses voting rights and will not be allowed to nominate representatives to stand for office during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or Extraordinary General Meeting. Companies which are directly related to the coffee industry shall also be allowed to apply as Associate Member with knowledge of the above conditions.
