THE SINGAPORE COFFEE ASSOCIATION
The Cupping Series Programme was established with the goal of widening the sourcing scope of Singapore's coffee industry professionals.
Travel restrictions have meant that coffee traders, roasters, and café owners have been unable to travel to origin to source for coffees.
Singapore Coffee Association will conduct the programme throughout the year in partnership with coffee producing countries represented by their embassies and high commissions in Singapore.
The cupping series will be held locally, featuring beans from different countries. It will consist of a cupping session for the different coffees, allowing coffee professionals to sample a variety of coffees under one roof. There will also be a host of networking opportunities.
